Meltem Kılıç MD-PhD

Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon

I was born in 1975 in Ankara. I completed my education in Ankara, which was divided into primary and secondary education and high school at that time. In 1992, I started Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. I graduated in 1998. In my first TUS exam, I won the Department of Neurosurgery, Faculty of Medicine, Ankara University.

Seven months later, I resigned and won the Izmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery department in my second Tus exam. I completed my specialization between 1999-2005.

Between 2005 and 2011, I worked at Aydın Atatürk State Hospital.

In 2011, I started working at the private Kuşadası Universal Hospital.

I worked in my own practice between 2013-2018.

I worked in Istanbul Private Fors Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Polyclinic in 2018-2021.With the year 2022, I realized that it was time for me to return to Izmir. I decided to open a joint practice with Dr. Saip Tiryakioğlu.

I love my job because I have always wanted to be a surgeon all my life.

I also love to do cosmetic and non-surgical procedures.

I believe that technological developments should be followed very closely, especially in our branch.

My motto in life is “we must be the best version of ourselves”.
